Health
So, here we are. It's time to talk about health. I'm not a doctor, but... I've studied it enough to know what you should know, and, it's time for you to know it as well.
But first, let's answer the major question which you should ask now, which is "Why should you listen to me if I'm not a doctor?" That is a great question to ask.
Why Listen to a Non-Medical Person About Health?
- Unique Perspective: As someone outside the medical field, I offer a fresh, unbiased look at health issues.
- Real-world Focus: My experiences and knowledge are grounded in everyday life, combining practical insights with scientific evidence, including Nobel Prize-winning research.
- Clear and Simple Language: I translate complex health information into easy-to-understand terms.
- Patient Advocacy: I prioritize your well-being and empower you to make informed decisions. Why? I don't have to profit from yes, again - your health.
- Complementary Information: My insights can supplement medical advice, providing a holistic view of health.
- Passion for Health: My enthusiasm for health and wellness is contagious and can inspire positive changes. Plus already have made many positive changes in people's lives.
So, let's talk about why I do it first.
I was raised in Poland on naturally fertilized fields where we had our fruits, veggies, and animals. We used animal manure to fertilize it, not the artificial fertilizers we have in the food from the supermarkets.

Those natural ones contain all the vitamins, minerals and even more complex stuff like probiotics if you know how to do it at home. Nowadays, if you don't grow it, or don't buy pasture-raised meat from animals, you have not only a lack of those vitamins but also, hormones of growth and other nasty surprises.
What is our alternative if we want to live healthier?
Well, first for most, we should assess our health now and start thinking about changes. We can either make tests of our blood for vitamins and minerals deficiency, or hair analysis instead. If we don't want to do it, or know our health is not good, we should make several changes:
1. Try to avoid sugar and alcohol with drugs and anything else which might be bad for us. If we can't, try to put some limits on it and when in our comfort zone again, limit it even more until one day will be zero.

2. If we live under stress, that raises our cortisol levels - a stress hormone, and that weakens our immune system which creates all sorts of problems like illness of many kinds.
3. How our sleep is now? Do we get enough sleep? If not, can we improve it?
4. We should start supplementation of vitamins, minerals, probiotics and Omega 3 amino acids. Plus, male people, should start to supplement zinc because the prostate is made out of over 60% of zinc and none of them want to have problems with the prostate. The female again, should check her iron levels. The older we get, the less absorption we might see. And, during the period, levels might be changing as well.
5. Keep ourselves active. No need for cardio, but, up to 10 000 steps per day should be our goal. If we can't move our feet, why not try some activities with our hands? Any is better than none. Why? We have 3 types of veins in our bodies, and only one is connected with our heart and pumped, but, the other 2 types, have all the nutrients and oxygen sent only when we're moving.

6. We should get familiar with one Noble Prize in particular from the 2016 year for Autophagy. This process can be and should be triggered when we've grown up and are not in pregnancy. Why? Over 97% of cancer, diabetes, heart diseases, obesity and more can be cured with only Autophagy - if you can deal with the rest on this list. And, only around 2% are genetic problems which Autophagy might not help. It's not a single solution, but for sure is a great addition.
Now, you should go and make your own research about all of the above, but, I'll tell you what dozes I take, and more details next. You can decide where you are, run those test, or on your own responsibility follow my dozes.
Before I'll give you my personal dozes, I'd like to paste a summary as I was double checking myself with AI called Gemini to see how well I remember things(everything was written from my head), and here is the outcome:
"In general, the information provided is accurate and aligns with current scientific understanding.

"In general, the information provided is accurate and aligns with current scientific understanding.
However, it's important to remember that:
Individual variations exist: People's health needs and responses to different factors can vary.
Complexities in health: Many health conditions are influenced by a combination of factors, and there's often no single, simple solution.
Professional guidance: It's crucial to consult with healthcare professionals for personalized advice and to address specific health concerns.
Overall, the points you've outlined provide a solid foundation for promoting overall well-being."
As you can see we're in good health here :). So, for sure worth exploring these points above, testing your levels of vitamins, and if you have some deficiencies, for sure worth starting supplementation.
I take daily Vitamins D3 with K2 of 4000-5000 iu or 100-125 ug(micrograms), with magnesium for better absorption. Otherwise might not be effective. 1 gram of Omega-3.
Every 2nd day I add vitamin C time release 1000mg, so 1 gram. Vitamins B-complex. Zinc. Probiotics, sometimes are daily.
2-3 times per week because I'm 44, I take glucosamine and I ran out of collagen now, my laziness.
Yes, it's quite a lot, but I feel much better than I wasn't taking them.
